Pilotech

The brief

Pilotech advises on, installs and maintains air conditioning, heat pumps and ventilation for homes and businesses in Paris and the Île-de-France. It has three lines, each with its own website: Teknopoint air conditioning without an outdoor unit, Toshiba air conditioning and heat pumps, and VMI ventilation by insufflation.

Three sites suit search, since each speaks to its own audience. What was missing was one place that presents Pilotech as a single company, where a visitor who knows the name but not the line finds the right solution.

What we did

First, an entry portal: one page that opens on invisible air conditioning and leads to the Toshiba and VMI sites, with a quote form, call and email buttons on phones, a carousel of real Google reviews, and structured data that describes Pilotech as an HVAC business in Paris and the Île-de-France.

Then a unified site for the three lines. Its 29 product sheets (ten Toshiba ranges, twelve Teknopoint solutions, seven VMI units) are built from data and a single template, so a new range shows up in the menus, catalogues and sitemap on its own. A services hub with five pages covers home air conditioning, heat pumps, ventilation, businesses, and maintenance and repairs. Every page has its own title, description and structured data. The copy was rewritten rather than copied, so that the new site would not compete with the existing ones in search; where those sites disagreed on a product’s figures, we settled each point and listed what Pilotech should confirm.

The result

Both are built and ready to go live: the portal will give Pilotech a front door on pilotech.eu, and the unified site puts its three lines side by side. Visitors will be able to browse each catalogue, compare ranges, read a model’s technical sheet and request a quote from any product or service page; a request sent from a product sheet names the model. Pilotech’s Google rating, 5.0 from 82 reviews, appears with quotes from real clients.
