Edenel Nettoyage

The brief

Edenel Nettoyage cleans short-term rentals let on Airbnb and Booking, and hotels, in Paris and the Val-de-Marne first, then across the Île-de-France. It also cleans offices and residential buildings, and handles linen and end-of-lease or end-of-works cleaning, seven days a week. It is a brand of the same company as Edenel Patrimoine and Eden Corporate Mobility.

Hosts and concierge companies want a price before they book, sometimes for the same day, and that price depends on the size of the home and how far ahead they book. The site had to answer at once, then take the order.

What we did

We built the site with Hugo: seven service pages, a pricing page, and a blog that carries over the fifteen articles from the previous site. Every page has its own title, description and structured data.

The app sits inside the site. A simulator prices a rental turnover, office cleaning or building upkeep from the same price list as the pricing page, so one change updates both. The client then downloads a quote, orders through a cart or requests an appointment: the company receives the details with a one-click calendar link, and the client gets one too, or an .ics file. After the job, the client confirms the work online and the team issues the invoice from the site. Quotes, invoices and order history are generated as PDF files in the browser, and the client space keeps that history on the client’s own device. None of it needs a server of its own or a paid booking tool.

The result

From first price to invoice, it all happens on the company’s own site: a host can check a price, download a quote and order from a phone, and every order or appointment request reaches the team with what it needs to plan the visit. Prices live in a single file, so a new rate is one edit.
