Eden Flats

The brief

Eden Flats is an Airbnb concierge for owners of second homes and rental properties in Paris and the Île-de-France. It runs their furnished flats as short- and medium-stay rentals: listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms, prices that follow demand, guest selection and welcome, smart keys and lockboxes for remote check-in, cleaning after every departure, linen and the ongoing upkeep of the property.

Its audience is owners deciding whether to hand over their flat. They want to know exactly what is done for them, how the contract works and whether their area is covered. And a concierge is something people look for close to the property, often with the name of the town.

What we did

We built the site around the owner’s questions. The homepage sets out the offer and lists the areas served across the Paris region. Dedicated pages explain guest management, from selecting guests to welcoming them or letting them in remotely, and property management, from cleaning after each stay to restocking supplies. An FAQ answers what owners ask before they call: which platforms the flat is listed on, which services can be chosen à la carte, how contracts and pricing work, and who keeps access to the Airbnb account.

For local search, the site has pages for individual towns, such as Créteil and Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, each presenting the service in that town. A contact page brings together the ways to reach the team, WhatsApp included.

The result

An owner weighing up a concierge can now see what Eden Flats handles for them, check that their area is covered and read the answers on contracts and pricing before picking up the phone. Owners in Créteil or Saint-Maur-des-Fossés have a page about their own town. When they are ready, all that is left is to call or send a message.
