Eden Corporate Mobility

The brief

Eden Corporate Mobility is a corporate housing and mobility agency. When a company sends staff to Paris or the Île-de-France, for a few nights or several months, the agency finds the housing (a furnished apartment, an aparthotel or a hotel), organises airport and station transfers and daily journeys, and arranges wellbeing services during the stay. The company has one contact, in French or English, and one quote; its employees pay nothing up front.

The people who book are HR teams, office managers and relocation agencies, with different needs: a consulting firm placing a consultant near a client, a construction company housing a crew near a site, an international group relocating an executive and their family. The site had to speak to each of them, in both languages.

What we did

We built a bilingual site of 17 pages in each language. Three in-depth pages cover housing, transport and wellbeing services. A ‘Who we serve’ hub leads to five sector pages: consulting firms, construction companies, NGOs, SMEs and mid-size companies, and international groups. A separate page invites owners of furnished flats to rent to employees on assignment, and an FAQ covers invoicing, housing types and the areas served.

For search, each page has its own title and description, written around what its audience searches for. Hreflang links connect the two languages, a sitemap lists both versions, and structured data describes the agency, the breadcrumbs and the FAQs. Behind it, a small generator keeps menus, contact details and forms in one place.

The result

An HR manager can now open the page for their sector, compare the three housing formats and see that housing, transport and services come on a single quote invoiced to the company. From any page they can call, with a call bar on phones, or describe the assignment in the form. Property owners have their own way in.
